A great Jamaican recipe that uses Appleton V/X Rum

V/X Bomber – Jamaican Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 ounce Appleton Estate V/X

½ ounce Apple vodka

 ½ ounce Lime Juice

5 Mint Leaves

3 ounces Ginger Beer

PREPARATION

Shake the first four ingredients over ice and strain into a glass with ice. Then top with ginger beer.

GLASS TYPE: Highball Glass

GARNISHES: Use Lime Twist.
