Jamaican Tail – Alcoholic Drink Recipes
INGREDIENTS:
1 ounce Appleton Estate V/X
½ ounce Cointreau
1 ½ ounce Peach Juice
1 ounce Coconut Water
½ ounce Peach Syrup
PREPARATION
Add the rum, Cointreau and peach juice into the cocktail shaker with ice. Top with coconut water and peach juice.
GLASS TYPE: Highball Glass
GARNISHES: Use star fruit, a cherry and mint.
